Vancouver CanSing presents HEART AND SOUL

HEART AND SOUL: Saturday, December 1st, 2:30 and  7:30pm at 4370 Sophia St (CityviewBaptistChurch).   Presented by 70 voices from Vancouver CanSing Choir, the show will present “heartfelt” songs from the classics to popular including “If I only had a heart” (Wizard of Oz), “Little People” (Les Miz), “Life’s a Happy Song” (Muppets), “Come Be Joyful” (Vivaldi), “Fly Away Medley” (traditional Bluegrass) and mass choir selection “It’s in Everyone of Us”.   Admission is by donation and will help cover rehearsal and concert expenses.

Vancouver CanSing Fall 2012-13 Registration

Registration for the Vancouver CanSing Choirs is now available for the 2012/13: Level 1 (age 5 – 6), Level 2 (age 7 – 8), Level 3 (age 9 – 13), Adult. Rehearsals will begin Tuesday, Oct 2nd and will be held at 4370 Sophia St (Cityview Church – 2 blocks east of 28th and Main).  Celebrating two years of choral singing, the Vancouver CanSing Choirs have grown from 25 to 50 members thanks to the support from so many of you.  I am excited about working with Erica Ross (accompanist) again and the youth choirs will also have the opportunity to work with a professional choreographer.

 Featuring repertoire from the classics, folk, musical theatre, popular, jazz genres and bit of seasonal music, the Vancouver CanSing Choirs will present an exciting show, HEART AND SOUL, Saturday, Dec 1st, 2:30pm and 7pm.  For online registration or more information, visit:
